Curating is an all absorbing, slightly frustrating wrestling practice.

Curating is kind of a language, mode of expressing myself. I have neither the expertise of scientist nor the creative freedom of an artist. I can’t help but question, disrupt and offer fresh interpretations and this often involves bringing radical visions without knowing where it will lead me. Like entering a dialogue. I am almost always ready to change my approach to dialogue if sufficiently persuaded by convincing arguments.

I consider an exhibition a learning tool. As idealistic as it is, curating is also a very personal practice that involved subjective decision making, intuition, and emotions. Making use of research in my practice helps me analyse an issue, produce evidence and develop basis for curating interventions. I draw on research analysis from range of fields such as for example environmentalism and then strive to consider human values, emotions, and aesthetics. I then wrestle with this analysis, my own motives and actions of an artist to synthesise imaginative responses.
